She strives to create a warm, open, and non-judgmental atmosphere where building trust is key to any therapeutic relationship.&nbsp; She wants clients to feel heard and supported.&nbsp; She enjoys working collaboratively with clients \u2013 whether brainstorming solutions to specific issues, exploring emotions in depth, or working through strategies to build lasting change.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nicole views mental health through a lens of holistic care, recognizing that people are whole beings \u2013 mind, body, and spirit.&nbsp; In therapy, it\u2019s important to acknowledge that emotional well-being is deeply intertwined with physical health, spiritual beliefs, and the overall life journey.&nbsp; The therapeutic process is a path of healing and growth, where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, to bring about lasting transformation, helping them experience peace, healing, and purpose in every area of their life.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nicole is a mom and military wife of over 20 years.&nbsp;
