Grace is passionate about helping clients navigate difficult experiences, uncover their strengths, and build resilience to create lasting change.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nCertified in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, Grace integrates evidence-based strategies into her work, tailoring treatment to meet the unique needs of each client. She specializes in areas including trauma, rehabilitation, and intimate partner violence, helping clients process their experiences while fostering self-awareness, emotional regulation, and personal growth.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nClients working with Grace can expect a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment, where they are encouraged to explore their emotions, develop practical coping skills, and gain clarity on the steps forward.
