Seeing clients have their “Ah-ha!” or “Lightbulb” moments has inspired her to become a mental health counselor. She enjoys providing a safe space for clients to share thoughts and experiences that they may have never discussed with anyone before.

Faith also holds a Women’s Mental Health Specialist certification and implements this expertise in treatment with clients. She takes a flexible and collaborative approach to treatment as every client is a unique individual with their own unique goals. Faith practices primarily from a person-centered approach where the client is the expert in their life and has the inherent ability to engage in self-discovery. Additionally, she utilizes other modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and motivational interviewing.

Clients will be met with empathy, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard during treatment with Faith.
