Sara\u00a0is pursuing a\u00a0Master’s\u00a0degree in\u00a0Social\u00a0Work\u00a0from\u00a0Salisbury\u00a0University.\u202fSara has worked in several\u00a0different\u00a0settings\u00a0with people from many\u00a0unique\u00a0backgrounds, including\u00a0teens in a long-term group\u00a0home\u00a0and\u00a0individuals with various diagnoses\u00a0through\u00a0an ACT team.\u00a0She was\u00a0inspired by the opportunity to walk\u00a0alongside these individuals\u00a0through\u00a0different phases\u00a0of their journeys.\u00a0Sarah\u00a0enjoys\u00a0speaking with\u00a0people\u00a0about\u00a0their struggles\u00a0and\u00a0helping\u00a0them to set goals and\u00a0build a sense of confidence and hope for their futures.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Sara\u00a0utilizes\u00a0a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness-based approaches. Her treatment approach is thoughtfully tailored to address the unique needs of\u00a0each client.\u00a0Central to her practice is the creation of a safe\u00a0and\u00a0supportive environment where clients feel\u00a0empowered\u00a0to pursue\u00a0personal\u00a0growth.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
