Kelly’s approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. She creates a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. She has worked in a wide range of areas including special education, Christian ministry, and therapy with all age groups. Her current focus centers on trauma healing and fostering spiritual connection.

Kelly believes that therapy is a powerful tool for healing and transformation. We all carry experiences from the past that can shape our present and limit our potential. Her passion lies in helping clients navigate these experiences, fostering a journey towards authenticity and a life filled with purpose. Sessions will explore what authenticity means for clients; uncover core values, develop healthy boundaries, and teach clients to express themselves with confidence.

Kelly is married to an amazingly supportive husband, and they have 3 fun and active children. She loves to travel, learn, and spend time with friends.
