She works with clients from diverse backgrounds, including those with biracial and multiracial identities, as well as individuals experiencing complex family dynamics or recovering from interpersonal violence. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy and a deep understanding of the emotional and psychological toll that systemic and structural inequalities can have on one\u2019s sense of identity and connection. Alexandra supports clients through the often-difficult process of self-exploration and healing, particularly when it involves reconciling parts of the self that may have been marginalized or suppressed. In therapy, clients are guided in rediscovering their inner resilience, rebuilding self-worth, and establishing healthy emotional boundaries. Alexandra\u2019s work fosters a renewed sense of identity, belonging, and empowerment, helping clients to connect with the richness of their experiences and cultural backgrounds. As a biracial and multicultural therapist with international experience, Alexandra brings a broad, culturally attuned perspective to her work. She is fluent in several languages, including Spanish.
