By prioritizing empathy and compassion,&nbsp;Sherletta&nbsp;builds rapport to create a strong therapeutic alliance.&nbsp;She incorporates&nbsp;Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care&nbsp;to&nbsp;help&nbsp;clients navigate life and overcome challenges.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clients will experience empathy, authenticity, and respect in sessions with Sherletta.&nbsp;While using a&nbsp;humanistic,&nbsp;strengths-based perspective, she creates&nbsp;a supportive space&nbsp;where clients feel genuinely seen and heard.&nbsp;Furthermore,&nbsp;Sherletta&nbsp;has a deep appreciation for how impactful a supportive relationship can be to a person.
