As a seasoned mental health professional, Denise has developed expertise in a wide range of evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), the Gottman Method, Integrative Nutrition, and Cognitive Loss. Throughout her career in both inpatient and outpatient settings, she has supported thousands of clients on their journeys toward healing. Her areas of specialty include OCD, domestic abuse, chronic illness, grief, weight management, and spiritual concerns. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her approach is holistic, relational, and solution-focused, blending clinical expertise with genuine compassion and authenticity.
