As a mental health professional, Theo strives to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental atmosphere where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. His goal is to foster a safe space that encourages openness, self-exploration, and personal growth. Theo utilizes a blend of evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques.

Theo enjoys working collaboratively with clients, empowering them to identify their strengths, develop healthy coping strategies, and navigate life’s challenges with resilience. Whether they are focusing on managing anxiety, improving relationships, or fostering self-esteem, he believes in a compassionate, client-centered approach that honors each person’s journey toward healing and well-being.

Theo views mental health as an essential part of overall well-being, just as important as physical health. It’s a dynamic, ongoing process that involves understanding who we are, building resilience, and finding balance in the face of life’s challenges. Theo believes that seeking support is a courageous step toward growth, not a sign of weakness.

The therapeutic process is a collaborative journey where he and the client work together to explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a safe, non-judgmental space. Therapy isn’t about β€œfixing” the individualβ€”it’s about helping the individual gain insight, develop effective coping strategies, and creating meaningful change in their life.

Theo sees his role as a guide, offering support, tools, and perspectives to empower the client to reach their goals and live authentically.

Theo is a compassionate and dedicated mental health professional with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University, with a concentration in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling. His academic journey is complemented by his membership in esteemed organizations like the Counseling Academic & Professional Honor Society International and the Golden Key International Honors Society, reflecting his commitment to excellence in the field.

With experience as a Mental Health Counselor at the National Counseling Group, Theo has worked with clients of all ages in both community-based and outpatient settings. Theo’s approach focuses on person centered interventions, treatment planning, and fostering personal growth through open communication and collaborative goal setting.

In addition to his clinical work, he served as a youth mentor and facilitator, providing guidance and support to young people and families in both educational and faith-based environments. This diverse background has strengthened my ability to connect w0069th individuals from various walks of life, creating safe, supportive spaces where healing and growth can thrive.

As a family man, married with six wonderful children, Theo understands firsthand the dynamics, challenges, and joys that come with nurturing relationships and maintaining balance. This personal insight deeply informs his work with clients, especially when addressing family systems, communication, and relational growth.

Theo believes in creating a warm, supportive environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to achieve their goals. His approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and a genuine commitment to each person’s well-being.
