Terri graduated from Bowie State University with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. She was inspired to become a counselor seeing the development and implementation of resilience, optimism, and gratitude and how they impact change.
Terri approaches treatment utilizing an eclectic approach to therapy, which consists of Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and other modalities tailored to fit each client.
With Terri, clients will experience the impact of thoughts on emotions and behaviors and learn ways to adapt and adjust to difficult transitions. Inspired to help her clients navigate difficult life transitions with resiliency and courage, Terri hopes they develop the ability to adapt to various circumstances and overcome challenges.
